Order Checks

Attn: River Valley Credit Union Members

The credit union has changed companies for member check orders. This change has been made in order to keep check prices as low as possible, while still providing a quality product and secure delivery method. The new company is called "Legacy Member Services."

Please verify that your check reorder form lists a style or design code that contains a combination of letters and numbers. If it does, then your checks were ordered from "Legacy" and you may reorder online. (Proceed to the online order site by clicking on the "ORDER CHECKS" icon below.)

If your reorder form lists "Liberty" or "Harland Clarke" as the printing company, or has a style or design code that contains only letters, you will need to contact the credit union office at (515) 232-1654 to place your first check order with the new company. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this is necessary so we can assist you in selecting a check style similar to the one you have now and update you on the new prices. Once we have placed your initial "Legacy" check order for you, you will be able to place future reorders online.

If you would like to look at some of the check styles that Legacy Member Services offers, you can view styles at www.legacymemberservices.com. Click on the Personal Products tab and then click on the "Click here to see our personal check designs". Prices will vary so you'll need to contact the credit union to complete your order at 515-232-1654. (Then once you have placed your first order with the new company, you can do your re-orders online.)
