Q: Where are you located?

A: Our main branch is located in Ames, Iowa. We also have a branch location in Nevada, Iowa. You can find complete location details and operating hours here.

 

Q: How do I join River Valley Credit Union?

A: To become a member of River Valley Credit Union, all it takes is a $5 deposit to open a share (savings) account. See if you qualify for membership here.

 

Electronic Services

Q: How do I enroll in online/mobile banking?

A: To start using Virtual Branch, our online banking platform, simply click on the blue "Online Banking" arrow in the top right corner of our website, then click on "Enroll". You must enroll in online banking before you can log in and use our mobile banking app. Learn more about our electronic services here.

 

Q: How do I sign up for eStatements?

A: First, click on the blue "Online Banking" arrow in the top right corner of our website, then sign in, click on the "Self Service" tab, and select "eStatements" under the "Additional Services" menu. Complete the steps on the next page.

 

Q: How do I export my account history to Intuit QuickBooks?

A: Once you have selected an account in Virtual Branch, simply click on the "Export" link in the top right corner of the "History" window and select "Download to QuickBooks" on the following screen.

 

Loans

Q: Can I use a money order to make a payment on my loan?

A: Yes, you can use money orders and cashier's checks to make loan payments at RVCU.
