Creating a Password

When you enroll in Online Banking, you will be prompted to create a "security code." This is the password you will use to access your RVCU accounts in Virtual Branch and on our mobile app.

 

Password/Security Code Requirements

Your security code must be 9 - 32 characters in length and contain at least 4 letters and 2 numbers. It must also include a combination of upper and lowercase letters and/or one of these special characters: _ - . ! ~ @ $ *

Your security code cannot contain:

• Personal information
  • Account numbers
  • Names
  • Addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Emails
• Keyboard sequences
  • Examples: 1234, 5432
• Repeating numbers
  • Examples: 222, 555
• Security codes you have used in the past
