Statement Regarding Coronavirus/COVID-19

UPDATED APRIL 3, 2020:
 

Effective Monday April 6, we will be implementing an internal scheduling rotation, to increase social distancing for our members, and our team.  While no services will be interrupted, we ask for your patience when utilizing our drive-up windows, or when contacting us via telephone.

 

For more immediate access, please utilize our electronic services including Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit and Bill Pay.  For additional information regarding these features, please visit www.rvcu.org.

UPDATED MARCH 18, 2020:
 

In response to Governor Reynolds’ issuance of a State of Public Health Disaster Emergency and to protect the health and safety of our members and our team, River Valley Credit Union’s branches will be open by appointment only, beginning March 18th.  

 

Drive-up windows will remain open at each branch location, and team members will continue to be available to assist via telephone.

 

We also encourage members to conduct transactions electronically via Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit and Bill Pay.  For additional information regarding these services, please visit www.rvcu.org, or call us for assistance.

 

In an effort to help minimize the financial impact of COVID-19, River Valley Credit Union will be temporarily waiving the following charges:

  • Early withdrawal penalties for Share Certificates

  • Skip-A-Payment Processing fees

  • Fees incurred when more than 8 ATM transactions are completed per month

Members anticipating financial challenges resulting from COVID-19 are encouraged to contact the credit union to discuss possible solutions.

First and foremost, we have been placing an extra emphasis upon the cleanliness of common areas.  And, as is standard practice, we have hand sanitizer available in our lobbies and offices for both member and team use.
